Workforce and Compliance Coordinator

Role Summary:

Our client is dedicated to a strengthened economy though small business, public and private sector and community collaboration. The Workforce and Compliance Coordinator will take the lead role in D/S/M/W/VBE workforce programs and is the primary contact both internally and externally for assigned projects. The Workforce and Compliance Coordinator is also responsible for identifying and partnering with agencies/organizations that serve the targeted populations to increase awareness and placement of job opportunities.

Workforce Development Programming

  • Manage credible, high quality and timely deliverables for initiatives, proposals, and tracking tools of all company workforce scopes.
  • Create a workflow process for all company workforce projects/scopes
  • Develop a calendar for all workforce events (internal, external, job fairs) for all company projects
  • Facilitate and present at relevant meetings between prime contractors and community partners and city agencies
  • Work closely with prime and subcontractors to develop workforce projections that incorporate targeted populations such as veterans, TANF, justice-involved, history of homelessness, history of foster care, and graduates of pre-apprentice programs

Public Outreach

  • Build dynamic relationships with prime contractors, trade, and professional associations, and with relevant community entities
  • Create and engagement strategy for specific workforce development programs and events within the local community
  • Prepare/deliver program presentations to applicable private, public organizations, and agencies within the local community
  • Coordinate logistics for virtual and in person outreach events

Administration

  • Implement various quantitative methods to capture, analyze, and summarize data (e.g., create excel spreadsheets, pivot tables, and charts, etc)
  • Create graphic displays including various templates, bid invitations, and bid
  • Organization and management of workforce elated documents categorized by pursuits, proposals, and contractors
  • Create and manage a database of DBEs and organize them by NAICS codes
  • Distribute various announcements via Constant Contact and other electronic distribution platforms
  • Monitor, record, and report targeted audience program participation
Qualifications
  • Proficiency in the use of various word processing, spreadsheet, data management, analysis, presentation, and project management software applications (e.g., MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, etc)

Project Accountant

Description

Summary:

The Project Accountant is responsible for processing all job related accounting processes. This position will work closely with the Project Manager and our subcontractors, vendors and clients.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

BRIEF DESCRIPTION 

The restoration Technician is a first responder on property loss situations and helps to mitigate the damage in both residential and commercial structures. Technicians are responsible for water damage mitigation, structural board-up and security, on-location cleaning, microbial remediation, content pack outs, content processing/deodorization, content storage and handling.

The Career Coach is responsible for assessing the needs of the program participants, who we call “Leaders” and assisting them through the process of self-sufficiency through career and community development. The Coach will use a variety of strategies to engage and support Leaders, including but not limited to: long-term case management, skill and employment development, resource referrals, soft skills training, and community building. The position includes elements of career coaching and life coaching.

● Assist in the process of conducting intakes and assessments during the recruitment and admissions process for Leaders

● Develop and implement Leader-centered goals and hold them accountable to the goals 

● Track and maintain data and case notes within Salesforce

● Develop Action Plans for Leaders that are off-track to meet graduation goals and evaluate progress 

● Maintain regular communication with Leaders on a weekly and monthly basis compared to KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators)

● Identify appropriate resources to respond to Leader needs and make any referrals necessary to implement care plans. Provide follow-up with Leaders and collateral contacts as needed.
