Job Description:
We are currently seeking a reliable and dedicated individual to join our team as a commercial office and window cleaner in the Denver metro area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of office spaces and ensuring that windows are sparkling and streak-free. This position requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize designated office areas including floors, windows, and restrooms
- Dust and polish furniture and fixtures
- Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
- Empty and clean trash containers
- Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are stocked and in good working condition
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a cleaner or housekeeper
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Physical stamina and mobility including the ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
